Well we are 3 years into this blogging journey and we have compiled a lot of content over that time period. The one thing we have found about blogging is how much fun we have creating content. Some of it is day to day things like recipes, fashion, fitness and then we have the musings which are our way of therapy, I guess. We can ‘write things down’ and get those thoughts and feelings out. And along the way we find out that others feel the same way too! So to celebrate 3 years of content creating, we are sharing some of our favourite blog posts with you. They may not have been the ones that got the most reads, but they were our favourites to create.

Teen heartbreak. The first one is always the hardest on them and on us!
“The one thing I am willing to bet is that when you conjured up those long lost memories you didn’t think of the heartbreak that eventually followed – because, unless you married the first person you dated (and I know it happens, but rarely) – you did experience heartbreak of some kind. And it was horrible, awful, and gut wrenching.
Ahh, Travel. Seems like a distant memory at this point but we do have some great posts to help jog your memory and maybe plan for your next big adventure coming soon.
“Here at Mojo and Moxie, we talk a lot about that “next stage.” The kids are leaving, or old enough to stay home alone, and you are getting ready to take some time to travel. This is the stage where you might just have the time for a trip to Greece – and for five days in Santorini!”
The one thing we like to do is get together, eat and drink wine! Summer is just around the corner and a great time to plan a lobster boil and drink wine!
“So – the idea for a Great Canadian Lobster boil was hatched and this past weekend, paired with beautiful evening summer temps – we made it happen!”

Who doesn’t indulge in a favourite treat every once in a while. And these ‘candy bars’ are an absolute fav in our house. But if you know me, there is always a twist to treats ..
“Now that I have your attention, I will let you know, these are healthy candy bars!!”
This was my menopause take on the classic adolescent book – Are You There God, It’s Me – Margaret.
“In the original book, Margaret would secretly talk to God about her feelings of growing up, her emotions and religion. But if this was a book written for the perimenopause/menopause women, I think it would be more like – Are you there God, its me Menopause and why they hell am I feeling this way. And is it normal.”
I am throwing this one in as one of our favourites as it was really on a homage to our husbands, who do enjoy a glass or 2 of scotch. They are our biggest cheerleaders . This one is for all the eye rolling when we say – ‘We Need a Picture’.
“When I think of Scotch drinkers, I picture an older distinguished Scottish gentleman, sitting by the fireplace; scotch on the rocks in one hand and a cigar in the other. Oh, and he is wearing a suit with a bow tie…Stereotype aside, scotch has really become a sipping drink anyone can enjoy.”
Thank you for following the journey and reading our content on Mojo and Moxie. We hope that you enjoy reading or re-reading our favourite blog posts from the last 3 years.
