Mojo and Moxie

We've still got our Mojo, and (thanks to experience) a little Moxie too. We are Danni and Christine - two 50 year old moms who became friends at the playground when our kids were 7 - about 15 years ago. We started Mojo and Moxie three years ago as a passion project. This was our next step, our search for meaning, in a world where our kids didn't really need us that much anymore (or so we thought!) We've shared a few graduations, Christine's cross border move and the triumphs and tribulations of parenthood since then. We LOVE sharing our adventures as moms to young adults with you! We tackle food, parenting, relationships, the dreaded menopause journey, tough stuff, and life as a 50 plus woman. Join us for some fun and great conversation.

TBH I am always a little apprehensive when I try n TBH I am always a little apprehensive when I try new facial products. I never used to be that way but my skin has changed over the last few years (as it does when we are perimenopausal) and I have been working with rosacea prone skin. So not only have I been looking at my eating habits but also what I am putting in my face. The biggest thing I have learned especially in winter weather is moisture, moisture and more moisture and this moisturizing cream from @verumbeautylabs definitely has that. I use it an night and my face feels plump and soft in the morning. It also really helps with keeping the inflammation and redness away as well. And if you know me…I love the natural ingredients. Chamomile, evening primrose oil and sea buckthorn just to name a few. Might be worth checking out!
